Monarch Home Services is hiring dedicated, helpful Client Care Representatives to act as a liaison and ally for our valued customers. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and playing a role in their experience with us, this is the position for you. 

Job duties:

Talking directly to homeowners every step of the way. You will be their point of contact in the beginning of the relationship, acting as a go-to for questions they may have. You will also be responsible for following up with them, ensuring their needs were met and that they had a positive experience with smart72.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is bi-lingual
  • Has verifiable experience working in a call center environment
  • Can engage with clients and co-workers with ease
  • Can multi-task in a dynamic setting

Background and Drug Screening will be done before an offer is made.
